In 2020 deadlines for sending applications will be in January and November. The shortest possible time span between the application and travel is 3 weeks.

Guests of the project
Between 23-27 April 2018 the project hosts Professor Benjamin Bolker (MacMaster University), who will give a course "Generalized and linear mixed models for biologists". Registration in USOS web (WB.SD.E-12).
On 18th October 2018 the project hosts Dr Przemysław Żelazowski (Centre of New Technologies, University of Warsaw, SatAgro Project, Environmental Change Institute, University of Oxford), who will give a seminar at 1 pm, room 1.1.1 Gronostajowa 7, and then meet with PhD students.
In 5-7 June 2019 the project hosted Dr. Małgorzata Blicharska (Uppsala University), who gave a course “Biodiversity and ecosystem services: from conservation to decision making”.
On 22nd November 2019 the project hosts Dr Dominik Czaplicki (ABAN fund), who will give a lecture “From knowledge to impact: tricks and traps of tech-based business” and then meet with PhD students.
On 26th November 2020 the project hosts MSc Aleksandra Wróblewska (IQVIA). She will present a talk about work in field of clinical tests and then meet with the PhD students. Meeting will be held on MSTeams platform from 9-11 am.
In 2021 the project will host Professor Reinhardt Møbjerg Kristensen (Natural History Museum of Denmark), who will gave a course “New insights into invertebrate evolution”.
